We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist in the HVAC&R industry to join our team. As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our products and services in the field of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts through targeted marketing campaigns and effective communication.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to drive brand awareness and market presence in the HVAC&R industry.
- Identify and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies and product positioning.
- Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, websites, social media posts, and other marketing collaterals, highlighting the benefits and features of our HVAC&R products and services.
- Manage digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising, to drive traffic, generate leads, and nurture customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, engineering, and product development, to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market opportunities and recommend product enhancements or new product development.
- Coordinate and participate in industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our HVAC&R products and build relationships with potential customers and partners.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory requirements in the HVAC&R sector to guide marketing strategies and product development.
- Nurture and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, such as customers, distributors, contractors, and industry associations.
