- Reviews and processes Personnel/Position Action Requests to ensure accuracy and completion of various personnel/position changes (e.g. new hires, promotions, transfers, salary increases, medical insurance etc.).
- Prepares HR payroll in coordination with Finance Department.
- Compiling and updating employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Providing support for employee administration and processing issues
- Process All types of leave
- Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulation
- Prepares letters, memos, routine reports, and other correspondence and documents.
- Provides assistance and information to employees, applicants and other agencies on Human Resources functions, activities and services.
- Prepares employee termination process and issues employee clearance form.
- Performs other related work as required.
