The main responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, interviewing applicants, and performing reference checks.
Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations.
Assisting in the development and management of HR policies and programs.
Preparing payroll in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
Providing support for employee administration and personal management.
Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated.
Conducting mid-year and annual employee performance reviews.
Managing internal communication with employees.
Identifying and arranging professional training and on-the-job training for all staff
