Job Description:
Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services
Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints.
Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.
Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.
Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.
