We are hiring Customer Service Representative - RTC1 Recruitment Services

Job Description: 

 Interact with customers over the phone by answering calls to provide information in response to inquiries about the services 

 Take inbound calls to handle and resolve complaints. 

 Call outbound to coordinate with RTA for document approvals, to attain driving permits, etc.

 Enroll the customer in the system accurately and get the acknowledgment of the same by the customer.

 Prepare credit report and attain approval from the authorized person.
