The Supply and Operations Planning Manager will be responsible to manage end to end planning processes across supply, demand, operations and S&OP.

Description
Develop and manage demand forecasting models to predict future customer demand accurately.Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock and carrying costs.Collaborate with suppliers, manufacturers, and logistics partners to ensure a smooth flow of materials and products.Lead the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process, bringing together cross-functional teams to align on production and inventory strategies.Use data analytics tools to identify trends, evaluate historical data, and make data-driven decisions.Identify potential risks in the supply chain and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain and operations performance.Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.Manage budgets related to supply and operations planning activities.Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure the reliability of the supply chain.Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams, senior management, and stakeholders to provide updates on supply chain performance and forecasts.
Profile
Bachelor's degree from a reputable universityMaster's degree is preferredMinimum 5 years of experience in a relevant position
