Job Description:
An Agricultural Engineer supervises an integrated agricultural project, overseeing all aspects of the agricultural project's implementation and management. This role involves monitoring all stages of work, from planning and design to execution and monitoring. The engineer effectively supervises various agricultural tasks, such as cultivation, water management, plant selection, disease and pest control.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and design an integrated agricultural project based on client needs and market requirements.
- Select and procure necessary tools and equipment for project execution.
- Develop and monitor timelines for all project stages.
- Supervise labor and guide them during farming and maintenance operations.
- Ensure the provision of essential resources like water, fertilizers, and suitable soil.
- Monitor plant growth, taking actions to mitigate diseases and pests.
- Provide regular and accurate reports on project progress and agricultural performance.
- Resolve issues that may arise during project execution and make effective decisions.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تخطيط وتصميم مشروع زراعي متكامل وفقًا لاحتياجات العميل ومتطلبات السوق.
- اختيار وشراء الأدوات والمعدات الزراعية اللازمة لتنفيذ المشروع.
- تنفيذ جداول زمنية لجميع مراحل المشروع ومراقبتها بعناية.
- إشراف على العمال وتوجيههم خلال عمليات الزراعة والصيانة.
- ضمان توفير الموارد اللازمة مثل المياه والأسمدة والتربة الصالحة للزراعة.
- رصد ومراقبة نمو النباتات، واتخاذ إجراءات للحد من الأمراض والآفات.
- تقديم تقارير منتظمة ودقيقة عن تقدم المشروع وأداء الزراعة.
- حل المشكلات التي قد تنشأ خلال تنفيذ المشروع واتخاذ قرارات سريعة وفعال
- شواغر العمل موجودة في الاحساء, الرياض, جدة
