Software Operation Lead - GIZA Systems
- Lead and manage a team of software operations specialists to ensure seamless day-to-day operations of our software products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and product management, to enhance software performance and reliability.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to optimize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Oversee the deployment and maintenance of software applications, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions to maximize uptime and user satisfaction.
- Act as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders on software operation matters.
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance overall operational excellence.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party providers to manage service-level agreements (SLAs) and maintain strong partnerships.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, working closely with the team to investigate, diagnose, and resolve problems.
- Keep up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our software operation processes remain cutting-edge.
