Quantity Surveyor Project Coordinator - ABC
- Prepare project budget, develop project schedule, and coordinate project delivery.
- Track changes to the design and/or construction work and adjust budget projections accordingly.
- Cooperate with different individuals and teams to ensure the smooth progress of a construction task.
- Study a project's practical alterations and suggest reasonable budget changes.
- Gauge the potential of contractors and agree to their terms to ensure the swift completion of a construction project.
- Support construction projects to ensure on time completion.
- Liaise with Architects, Engineers, General Contractors, subcontractors and other external vendors and project managers.
- Report project status to cross-functional teams and proactively mitigate risk.
