Responsibilities-
- Drive CRM and lifecycle strategies using data insights to make actionable decisions.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings.
- Manage the CRM system, implement segmentation strategies, and create targeted marketing campaigns based on customer data.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting bids and budgets for better targeting.
- Create effective reporting solutions to guide global marketing teams' data-driven strategies.
- Optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Analyze post-campaign data to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Execute email marketing campaigns and analyze performance to improve future efforts.
- Collaborate with Marketing team members for seamless digital marketing and CRM campaigns.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various marketing channels for data-driven optimization.
- Present data insights through visualization, reporting, and presentations to the marketing team and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in SEO, SEM, email marketing, CRM management, and digital analytics.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Marketing industry and CRM management experience, with at least 3+ years in the UAE.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Marketing, Mathematics, or related fields.
- Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Expertise in CRM Marketing and email performance (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics).
- Strong technical skills, including Excel, data mining, and data visualization (PowerBI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic preferred).
- Data-driven thinking with the ability to analyze complex business processes.
- Works independently, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
