As a Restaurant Line Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. You will be responsible for overseeing both the front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) staff during your shift, ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests and efficient operations in the kitchen.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Motivate, coach, and develop your team members to deliver exceptional customer service that upholds our restaurant's standards.
