- Assign duties and tasks to operators according to the developed schedule, and follow up on operations.
Close supervision of Feeding Operators to ensure that rations are mixed and delivered to yards according to plan.Check equipment at the beginning and end of each shift in order to make sure no damage or misuse occurred.4) Send equipment to the workshop if requiring repair and inform his direct supervisor in order to amend schedules if necessary.
Monitor and control herds feeding activities so as to ensure that the needed feed is delivered to the right destination on scheduled time.Inspect incoming feeds to ensure cleanliness and purity of unneeded materials, Train new and current operators on feeding process and equipment on a continual basis.Prepare periodic reports and maintain these reports relative to the unit's activities and achievements to be submitted to the immediate supervisor. Perform other marginal duties which may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
